Does anyone know where to buy Strongbow Cider in KL besides from Irish Pubs like Finnegan’s?
I’ve been looking around for a local KL distributor but can’t find any. I wonder how did Finnegan’s import their bulks of drafts from the UK. Would be great if I could serve this to the guests in our wedding.
Strongbow is a brand of cider manufactured in England by Bulmers. It is the UK’s most popular cider, accounting for more than half of the cider sold in Britain.[1] Strongbow is also unique in that it is produced with a Royal Warrant. Strongbow is named after the Anglo-Norman knight Richard de Clare, later Earl of Pembroke, nicknamed “Strongbow” for relying heavily on Welsh archers during campaigns in Ireland, where the native Irish had few bows and relied on javelins. My first experience with Strongbow was at Guinness Brewry, Old Klang Road last week. Did not know it is brewed locally.
