The Reds lost to repeat 2005 victory

Final score AC Milan 2 - Liverpool 1. The Reds started off well, controlled the game until Pirlo’s free kick was deflected onto Inzaghi to score Milan’s first goal just a minute before half-time.

The Greek gods must had cursed Liverpool by allowing Inzaghi to score a second, rather silly mistake at Liverpool defends in search of an equalizer.

Lesson learnt! Hope Rafa will get enough fund for next season to kick start a much stronger campaign.

Congrats AC Milan! Well done Liverpool. Not a bad season after all as we had made it through this far.
