Hai Peng is a pride of Kemaman. My late grandpa was a friend of taukey. When we were little, he used to bring home Hai Pang Kaya & bread. The shop has been there for 3 generations. It brings back fond memories of growing up when going there.I guess that's why even local Kemaman people still flock there.

p/s: as told by my dad,Hai Peng Kemaman do not have any branch. It is the only one in Malaysia.*totally agree with Shane!*

I don't agree with Sam-Pat's comment. You know why the nasi dagang finish so fast? it is because it is delicious... People who goes there and might get the nasi dagang it is because they go early.. Not like you that only know how to complain when yourself reaching there late.. Hai Peng Kopitiam is a very clever shop. He doesn't want to open another Hai Peng it is because the shop is borned there and the nice coffee is starting from there. If he opens many branches in Malaysia, Hai Peng would not longer be special.. Just like Old Town, nothing special for me..can you tell me what is so special about the Old Town, can you compare? Tell me can you get Nasi Dagang in Old Town? I know you're a person who lives in big city, but don't forget, those who living in a small town is more healthy than you...even the thinking is more better than you(city person)..
