Been quite from Kop Talk since last season was over. Can’t wait for the new 07/08 season to kick-off this Aug 11th. It’ll be an interesting one to see Reds, Chelsea and Arsenal in an attempt to knock ManUSA down from the Premier league.
There’s a lot of development during the summer break. Carragher broadcasts his anger over “bottler” remark by talkSPORT’s Adrian Durham. Phoning in to the radio station, Carra rounded Durham and said “Don’t ever call me a bottler on radio with all those thousands of people listening”.
Liverpool had signed new players in the summer. Torres, Babel and Bayoun. Heinze might cross over to Merseyside if Fergie stop moaning and be a gentleman letting the Argentinian go. I’m keen to see this season’s most expensive signing Torres justify his worth. Another new striker we bought, Voronin had so far shined in the Barclay Asia’s challenge. Liverpool won 3-1 over South China and my favourite player Riise scored with his trademark left foot thunderbolt.
