When AirAsia.com decided to introduce Xpress Boarding, they thought that they could rack up extra profit. It turns out the passengers are even smarter. They countered AirAsia’s strategy with Xpress Luggage-ing (luggage queuing).
You go to any airport that’s connected by AirAsia, you’ll see this new phenomena. It’s conventional and best of all, it’s free. You just need to come early, book your queue with your luggage and just take a seat until they call for boarding. Even mat-salleh does it too.
