Dog Wars: Angry Neighbours (Episode 1)

The apartment where I live has a clear rule (as governed by MPSJ) that house owners aren’t allowed to keep dogs. Not only they are unhygienic to be kept in an apartment or a condo, the dogs are also a nuisance when they bark all the time especially in the middle of the night. Dogs don’t like to be confined. That is why when you keep dogs in an apartment they make so much noise because they want to get out from the small space and wander around.

I saw a warning note by one angry neighbour the other day. The person stick the note on the notice board complaining about the neighbour’s dog. It reads;

Bayu puteri apt block A …
Ada bela anjing …
Banyak bising …

A couple of days later, I saw another note with similar message;

Bayu Puteri Apt Block A …
Sangat Bising …
Ada orang bela anjing …

Not sure if the notes are from the same person or from two angry neighbours. A few days later, the neighbour with the dog replied sarcastically;

Hahahaha :-)) What a funny and sarcastic reply and it really rhymes. However, on a serious note, I hope the dog owner shift the dog elsewhere to keep harmony among neighbours. If you want to keep a dog, you should get a landed property first. Otherwise, consult a dog trainer to discipline your dog to keep the noise down.
