headsteadi.com was down the whole day on Sunday. I reported the problem to my hosting company and gave the RFO (Reason for Outage) as a faulty switch in the datacenter which has been rectified.

Here’s the report from my hosting provider:

Thanks for waiting.

We are glad to inform that the issue with the network connectivity has been resolved.

Our engineer that work on it at the Datacenter able to fix this by replacing the new Switch and now all the network is running fine.

On behalf of the management, we would like to apologizes for this unfortunate events.
