Now you can claim your cash rebate online via PosOnline.com.my. No more queing up at the post office.

From the main screen click on “First Time Registration” to setup your account. Once your account is created you will see your personal screen as below. Click on “Cash Rebate” at the left column menu to begin your claim process.

You will be prompted to input your vehicle number.

The system will check through JPJ database and return the result. Please check that your details are correct. At this stage, you need to choose the payment mode i.e. either via bank transfer or money order. For convenience, of course you’d choose bank transfer.

Once you click on “submit” you will be prompted for final confirmation. Make sure your bank account number is correct.

Payment would be fully transacted in a couple of days later.

For your security and future reference, it is recommended that you print the receipt in case the money did not get deposited into your account.
