Nasi Goreng Puchong

It was raining whole afternoon. It is still drizzling now. In fact, it’s been raining the entire weekend. Lazy to go out for dinner, I came out with my own recipe using the ingredients I have in my kitchen. I named it Nasi Goreng Puchong :))

The preparation is simple and shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes. Well of course, you need to cook rice first and leave it to cool. Pan fry egg and anchovies, put them aside. Fry garlic until it is golden brown and then add in half-can of corned beef. When the corned beef turned brownish, add in rice, egg and the anchovies. Add 2-3 pinches of salt and mix them well. The fried rice is ready to be served. Bon appetite!
