If memory serves me right, the last cable break on the submarine segment was in the Middle East as reported by BBC news on Feb 4th. Up till today, I am still experiencing slow internet access 
Line speed test showed the performance of my broadband is acceptable although not as good as normal days. I would understand if access to European sites are slow (as evidently shown whenever I’m accessing LiverpoolFC.tv this past few weeks) but slow loading on Malaysian websites are just bollocks!
What’s TMnut been doing?

Heard from my colleagues that streamyx announced that they acknowledge the sluggish performance of their streamyx recent weeks. Apparently they are doing some work and everything is expect to return to normal early March. (They mentioned a date but I cannot remember the date! If not mistaken, 2-3 Mar! HAHA) Anyway, does this mean that Streamyx should be giving us discount for the month of Feb09?
I have no say on streamyx or tmnut whatever hehe…and by the way Herman, I’m taking an indefinite break from blogging from now on for some personal reasons,but I shall nonetheless remain a loyal and silent reader of yours if that is okay with you.Thanks for your understanding.

Jen # From my previous work experience, these dates are only estimates. Wheather permitting, it’s not always easy to fix undersea cable. You think TMnut would give discount?
