Doctor Watch here not only decided that he ‘s offering a polyclinic (see: term definition) service, which is great that he’s multiskilled in watch business, but he amazed me with his business hours. Opens: 9pm – till knackered.
I wonder how he defined “sampai penat” and what was his service level agreement? 
If he’s tired after 10 mins in business he can close down?
