The Reds confirmed their place in the Champions League semi-final and made it three English clubs (with ManUSA & Chevski) after beating PSV 1-0 in a return home game. Señor Benitez rested two of his key players, Gerrard and Carragher in last night’s cruise to semi without Liverpool even having to raise their game.

I woke up today and went to work with a big smile as Liverpool humbled PSV Eindhoven 3 - 0 early this morning, 02:45am KL time (19:45 UK). The Reds shouldn’t get carried away by now as they’ve placed one foot on the road to Athens. Liverpool must win big again and also win in style to silent critics that we won in Istanbul two years ago because of luck!

n my previous posting, I promised that I’ll put something up about my trip to Anfield back in October 28th 2006. This posting is stale to some who had previously saw the pictures and heard me blabbering about my trip but for the benefits of those who haven’t and upon their requests, I’m very gladful to post this exciting experience!

Liverpool’s training in sunshine Portugal was marred when Craig “the nutter with a putter” Bellamy wielded John “i-don’t-want-to-sing” Riise with a golf club. If teammates were whacking each other with a golf club after a supposedly pleasant night out isn’t absurd enough, guess what’s the reason for the fight? They were arguing about karaoke! Riise was reportedly refused to sing on a karaoke. Bellamy was furious and attacked Riise at his hotel room. New American owners are cetainly not happy with the recent news and boss Rafa Benitez announced he would punish any players found to have breached club rules during a four-day training trip to Portugal last week.
