The Spring @ Simpang Tiga, Kuching
There’s a new shopping mall in town going to be completed soon!
The Spring, which is located at Simpang Tiga, Kuching is expected to be ready in November 2007. This two storey new shopping mall is designed by New Zealand’s Warren & Mahoney, will have 150 leased outlet and 1,500 parking lots, built on a 4.85ha land. The Spring will accomodate some 80 outlets for the fashion business, 20 for food & beverages outlets and seven for beauty and wellness centres, is owned and built by PSB Realty Development Sdn Bhd.
